Our family will be forever thankful to everyone at Acorns Children's Hospice for the amazing 8 years of care you gave to Alfie, and the loving care and compassion you showed to him and our family whilst he received end-of-life care in November last year. The support you continue to give to our family following Alfie's passing has been amazing. We will be forever grateful to you all.
