Our family will be forever thankful to everyone at Acorns Children's Hospice for the amazing 8 years of care you gave to Alfie, and the loving care and compassion you showed to him and our family whilst he received end-of-life care in November last year. The support you continue to give to our family following Alfie's passing has been amazing. We will be forever grateful to you all. You truly are a remarkable group of beautiful people, making the lives of children, like Alfie, and their families that little bit more easier and enjoyable.
